All prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise.

The product price, applicable shipping charges and total order amount are displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the purchase.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious technical error.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:

• Online card payments processed securely through Geidea Pay.

• Cash on delivery for eligible orders and delivery locations.

Payment options may vary depending on the order, product or delivery location.

Customers using online card payments confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Card information is processed securely by the payment provider. El Batal El Romany Industries does not directly store customers’ complete payment-card details.

For cash-on-delivery orders, the customer must pay the confirmed order total and applicable delivery charges upon receipt.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Egypt only.

Most standard orders are processed and delivered within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Large-quantity, customized or special orders may require up to 30 business days. When additional time is required, the expected delivery period will be agreed with the customer by phone call or WhatsApp before processing.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and might be affected by order quantity, product availability, delivery location, weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and an active telephone number.

Section 6 – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Customers must contact us before returning a product. Products returned without prior approval might not be accepted.
