Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at elbatalsmp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
